Important Medical Disclaimer I. Possibility Outpost is providing services, information and suggested exercises based upon the experience of trained therapists and ergonomists. However it must be recognized by all persons: 1. That the type of complaints involved respond differently in various persons and in some cases the complaint involved may not respond at all to the suggested exercises; 2. That the types of complaints involved have appeared comparatively recently and there is still a great deal not known about them; 3. That a doctor should be consulted for any problem. II. Possibility Outpost gives no warranty and make no representation as to: 1. The effectiveness of the exercises suggested; 2. The effectiveness of any particular individual undertaking the exercises suggested; 3. The response of any particular individual undertaking the exercises suggested; 4. Any other lack of effectiveness or alleged lack of effectiveness of the exercises suggested either in ameliorating any complaint or in preventing or retarding any complaint. III. Save that as at the date hereof they are aware of no evidence of significant health risks or long-term disability or defects which the suggested exercises will cause or lead to if such exercises are carried out strictly in accordance with the express directions of Possibility Outpost and in accordance with the procedures laid down by it. IV. Any party engaging in the suggested exercises (unless able to demonstrate at the date so engaging that Possibility Outpost was aware of evidence of significant health risks or long-term disability or defects which the suggested exercises will cause or lead to) does so on the express basis that he or she expressly releases Possibility Outpost from any claim, demand, judgement, verdict, expense, or cost incurred or suffered or which may be alleged to have been incurred or suffered by engaging in the suggested exercises engaged in ameliorating, preventing or retarding any complaint and it is agreed that every person engaging in such exercises does so on the basis that the provisions of Clause I to III are a condition precedent to Possibility Outpost advising in relation to the suggested exercises and a condition precedent to the person in such suggested exercises.
