He was supposed to be here this morning, said he would bring 1-2 guys w/ him, but... no show. I planned my day around this because it's when he said he had time, and am really annoyed and frustrated.

I left a voice message (after getting through on his busy line), sent an e-mail (in case the busy was that he was on-line... he has a website), and paged him. Nothing.

He sounded super on the phone, not like a flake, and I'm trying to reserve judgement before asking you, Todd, to balance the recommendation on your page with my negative experience.

Luckily our problem wasn't quite that severe this time, but Superior Pump was able to come out and fix our problem the next day. We even got a call from their office when they were running a little late. The techncian, Jason, was just great! He was able to quickly determine the problem answered all my questions and had the parts to make the repair on the spot! They even worked with our Home Warranty Company (Old Republic)!

Like I said, a great customer experience. Highly Recommended!!
